In this hands-on class, you’ll learn how to make fresh egg pasta dough from scratch, the traditional way, by hand. You'll be guided through mixing, kneading, and resting the dough, then moving on to rolling and cutting silky pasta sheets. From there, you’ll craft filled ravioli using a seasonal or classic ricotta-herb filling, learning the secrets to sealing them perfectly every time. Finally, we’ll cook the pasta together and finish with a simple, flavorful velvety tomato cream sauce. Expect a fun, flour-dusted experience and leave with the confidence to recreate it all at home.
You'll leave with flour on your sleeves, a full heart, and the skills to impress someone with pasta you made entirely by hand.
